John was referred to our office by a local general dentist for evaluation of advanced tooth wear from erosion, abrasion and attrition.

John elected to proceed with a Full mouth Rehabilitation utilizing porcelain veneers and conventional ceramometal crowns with 360 degree porcelain margins on the crowns.
